We had our roof, skylight, and gutters replaced recently by JMT. A friend recommended John and JMT and his quote was for less than I thought it was going to cost. The crew was great, each day cleaning up the mess made during the day. The roof looks great and the gutters don't leak anymore. I found John to be honest and can be trusted to do the job he said he would do. I would highly recommend JMT for anyone who needs their roof done.

All that I can say is Wow! I have never seen a work Crew quite like JMT's. Talk about Team Effort. Not only that, but all the employees are respectful; if you happen to have a question they take their time in ensuring to answer it so you get the correct answer. This is so different than most other Roofing Companies where it seems as though the employees don't give a crap.
The owner John is also a truly amazing individual. Listening to him speak about his Company and its Team makes no wonder why he has received so many positive reviews.
In short I could not be better please with the work that was performed.
The Roof looks amazing and it is so wonderful to have new Gutters that actually do what it is that they are supposed to do. Compared to what JMT's Gutter Crew did with the installation of the new Gutters one should have seen what the previous Gutter installation looked like. Sad that there are companies out there who rip-off the customers and are actually able to get away with it.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JMT for everything you may need to have done in respect to Roofing, Gutter work, and painting. You will NOT FIND a better and more organized Crew.

JMT is definitely a trust worthy company for the money that you spent. JMT helped us to re-face our house with new roof, new gutter and new paint. Their teams are professional and efficiency. Some other companies spent weeks for re-roofing for our neighbors, We're so worry about all those noises when the people doing the roofing, and the big dumping bin sitting in front of the garage for weeks. That could be very annoying. But JMT replaced our new roof and gutters within 3 days. It's very amazing. Fast, neat and polite. The owner, John, always returned your calls within 10', answered all your questions, helped to solve all problems that we brought up, gave professional recommendation while it's needed. Replacing the roof and gutters are very expensive expenditure to protect your investment - your house. Don't risk your money to the companies that you cannot trust. You won't go wrong with JMT! Good teamwork with good efficiency. Our house is small and old with small electrical supply. They brought in large power tool and have to go back and change. They finished on time with good explanation of how the roof to be fixed. Reliable company.

JMT re-roofed our garage and house. John's crew did a great job and were very efficient completing the job (remove old shingles, install plywood over existing shiplap, and install new roof including torch on for the low pitch carport). John was great to deal with thru the whole process and was accommodating to scheduling around my time out of town.

Fantastic company! John, the owner, took so much time with us going over the old roof and what needs to be done. He measured and explained in depth the scope of the job. We needed a new roof ASAP and JMT roofing had it done in 1 day! It maybe a pricier company but the peace of mind from the quality work is worth the extra cost. Highly recommend this company :)

We bought a character house in New Westminster this summer and were aware that the roof needed an immediate replacement. JMT was one of the initial quotes we got before determining whether we wanted to purchase the house. His price was competitive and after reading all of the glowing reviews on here and talking to him in person we felt confident in moving forward with John. John was quick to respond on the quote, walked me through the choice in materials, options around venting, skylights, trim, etc. He called us regularly with updates around their schedule, how the project was progressing, and to get our feedback on the final product. The new roof looks excellent. We have discussed potentially replacing the gutters in the near future and I would have no qualms going with John on this job and recommending him to any of my friends/family for their roofing needs.
