Green & Spotless

I have been using Green & Spotless for the past 3 years and this review is overdue.
I have 2 dogs and a cat and my upholstery needed some cleaning to be done. Green & Spotless refreshed my 4 couches and basement carpet, they always provide quality service every time.
I will continue to use their services in the future and I'm planning to have them back in Spring for Duct Cleaning.

I was referred to Green & Spotless through my workplace and was pleasantly surprised with the company and results.
I have 18 year old carpet which has some wear and tear and wanted to clean for Christmas. I heard stories in the past that made me sceptical, however Alec & Devon explained the process and what to expect and results exceeded my expectations.

I decided to hire Green & Spotless for multiple services. I first got them to clean and re-caulk my shower and also clean my carpets. The job was beautiful. I then decided to bring them back for a second appointment to do my duct, upholstery and mattress cleaning. Once again the same beautiful result.

I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had lots of soil, some dog vomit and vegetable oil accumulated on my living room carpet after several months of rain and an ill doggie. But the very nice and knowledgable owner cleaned it very fast and very well.

Due to my environmental sensitivities, I opted to have this done before the cold of winter and left the windows open for 24h as there was still some carpet-cleaning "odour", though it's a green cleaning company.

But, it was still less odour than using a regular carpet cleaner and dissipated within a day. I'd use this company again as they're much better than other companies I've used, and have much better customer service too.

Plus, I love how all the hoses lead to their truck for hot water, so that they don't have to connect to the bathtub!

I came across Green & Spotless after seeing reviews on Google for cleaning services. I decided to try them out as my carpets were in dire need of a deep clean. I was really pleased with the professionalism of the company and the service itself. Alec and Devon arrived on time, dressed in uniform and ready to go. My carpets are spotless and look as good as new! The cleaning was efficient and thorough. I never expected them to look this clean again! I have already recommended Green&Spotless to my friends and family as I will definitely be a repeat customer myself.

I hired Green & Spotless as I was moving into a new home. I had them clean my carpets and they turned out great. I also decided to use a few other services they offered such as Duct cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and changing the caulking in my shower. The results were great as well.

These days, good companies and people are very hard to find. I was very pleased, satisfied and surprised with the work Green & Spotless had done at our home. Professional through and through - from quoting, planning, the actual work and the follow up. As they prepped, cleaned and sealed our grout and tile, they took the time to explain the process and set the expectations while giving the reasons why. It is extremely rare to find a company that is excellent in every aspect of their business. I highly recommend this company to anyone! Needless to say, our tiles and grout look better than new.

This is my second time hiring Green and Spotless, because they deliver quality work. First of all they are honest and will not try to up sell any other services they offer. I asked if I should clean my tiles in the kitchen and they said that maybe it will make more sense to do it in few years. Also I like this company, because the products they use to clean carpet and during spot cleaning are odourless. I am allergic to the cleaning products that have any kind of smell and I did not smell anything while they were cleaning or after they left. I had a lot of stains on my carpet on the second floor, which they cleaned and my carpet looks almost new and it is already 7 years old. The guys are also extremely nice, polite and efficient. I will definitely use them again next time I need this service and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

We had had an old air conditioner replaced and the workmen leaked rust all throughout the house. I had tried to remove it myself several times over the past year. Finally I hired Green & Spotless and within less than 2 hours, they removed ALL stains from the carpets, as well as restored a microsuede couch to a pre-kid state of clean! I am not sure which one was more impressive!

The company representatives were also incredibly courteous and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I would absolutely hire them again!
