G&S did a great job, I will not hesitate to have them return when the duct requires cleaning. They were timely -- did the job within 24 hours of my initial call. They were considerate -- their schedule permitted them to arrive 1.5 hours earlier so they called to offer that option. They were efficient & thorough -- they got to the job within minutes of being onsite, took video showing all the lint/shtuff being pulled from the duct, tested their job to clean up any remnants, and cleaned up the site of any loose debris.
I will use them again when the duct requires cleaning and they will be on my very short list of companies to contact if I require carpet/tile/upholstery cleaning.
