Oleg impressed me with his deep knowledge of tile and grout cleaning and how it works with the different chemicals he uses. He carefully tested a small area in our kitchen to show how it differs from the rest of our dirty looking tiles. He and his colleague conducted themselves in a very professional manner - they covered the adjacent hardwood floors with mats to protect them from even a tiny drop of chemicals, were careful to move furniture out of the way and worked quickly and efficiently.
