We found the presence of a mold stain behind a box that was placed too close to the ceiling, and we thought it came from moisture in the attic. I quickly got some advice from the lady over the phone, she was able to give me a quote over the phone and she set an appointment for the very next day. The techs showed up on time, were professional and respectful and fully cleaned the attic mold in a couple hours. They were also able to confirm that the mold stain on the ceiling was only surface mold and promptly cleaned it for us.
