I found mold in a finished part of my basement 2 weeks ago.

I spoke to Kay, she was awesome and very understanding. My family is currently doing a very tight lock down due to Covid, and the Mold Guys crew are the only people who have been in our house since March.
The diagnosis was that we needed to remove the ceiling, wall and floor of the impacted room at a minimum.
The next day a crew was here with a dumpster.
The crew was also very accommodating of our heightened concerns due to having people in our home. They sealed off the area of the house and took a lot of care in alleviating my concerns.
They removed the moldy material, sanitized and cleaned the area.
Found the source of the water, which caused the mold, and provided photos of the progress of the job.
I highly recommend the Mold Guys.
