ASR movers are the best movers I have seen in my career because of their punctuality, hard work and way of dealing with the customers. I was in stress about my moving but ASR movers done it so easily that I am so happy with their service. All the best for future and thanks alot.

Movers were excellent and were punctual .
They wrapped whole furniture with blankets.
I am really impressed with their word and I recommend to all to hire them as they do their work professionally.

They came an hour late. I explained how to get to the new location and they came late to destination again. I had elevator booked between 12pm and 3pm and they showed up at 2pm. Then they requested payment before unloading my stuff. They collected the money, unpacked my things at front of elevator, but took only half of the stuff into the apartment. I am a single mom and I had to take everything else by myself.

Showed up late. Didn't know how to pack or unpack in a logical manner. Moved half the house. Left supposedly to go back to house. Said the truck was smoking and they could not do anymore today. Never called. Couldn't be reached. Move incomplete. Don't use these people!!!!!

To start, the three movers were one hour late to arrive. Upon arrival they had to repair their truck. Work started at 10:30, instead of 9:00 as stated on the phone with you twice and in your email once.

Once they started working, they were fine.

Upon arrival at the new house, they asked for full payment. Since the work was not complete and their estimate was greater than expected, I was not happy with your policy to pay in full before the work is complete.
Regardless, I paid $850 in cash in order to have them continue the work.

Third, one of your workers stayed in the truck and was on his phone while pushing my things forward with one hand to the end of the truck.
I ended up partaking in the move since he was not doing much. I moved an entire bed frame and assembled it myself. I moved numerous bags and boxes. At one point, all three workers were on their phones while I moved my things. Unbelievable.

Fourth the quality of work, as you will see below is not good. Plain and simple. Boxes were put atop a $300 flower arrangement and some flowers were crushed. Boxes were piled in at random. My bed was not put together. My dresser was left on its side in my room. Completely unacceptable!

Last, after 3.5 hours of work, I did not receive a proper refund. I was told I had to pay for the 30 minute trip back to Barrie. That was never agreed upon, not to mention the fact that Barrie is 5 min from the new house!
Then I was told I had to pay to the nearest hour, which is ludicrous for a pay by the hour company. I then said fine, go put my bed together. They said no.

In total, for 3.5 hours of work, plus the $125 surcharge, work should cost: $125+125+125+62.5+125= $562.50
From the $850 I paid, my refund should have been $287.50. I received $125.

I wrote this in an email to the boss. He called me promptly and explained that I was wrong to think that I should have a refund. He said that if I wrote a bad review, there were 10 others that were good. He said 4 hours is minimum work, which was news to me. Was never stated.
He said it's my problem because I didn't want to pay a lot of money. He said that his workers do excellent work. See pictures and decide what you think. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

Absolute Life Savers!! ..After being frauded by another moving company this morning ASR Movers showed up and did an Incredible Job moving me .I highly recommend ASR Moving awesome Service..extremely polite guys and the best part was they stood by their word with np hidden fee and extra cost..So if you are moving or know of anyone thats moving and need Impeccable Service please contact ASR Movers..

Akshit Ramik and Sukhman were wonderful and able to move my place in 3 hours... they were real gentlemen and were very nice.... I would recommend these guys to everyone... just amazing guys all around

Movers were on time and were responsible.
I recommend to all that they are the best that i ever hired. Crews were wrapping the furniture properly and used blankets to wrap the fragile parts.

Highly professionals. Employees taken proper care and safety of everything and use shrink wraps and blankets .no hidden charges. Highly satisfied with their services.And surely will use in future and recommend my friends.

They are the best movers. They came on time. They followed the rules and regulations of the building like no damage to elevator, no damage to walls etc. They were so friendly with my kids. They wrapped the stuff so well to prevent any damage to our tv and glass table. I just moved out from downtown. They did their job so well. Me and my husband was so happy with their work. I recommend these movers to all those people who are looking for moving in or out without any damages.
