Perfect Painter - The Home Improvement Group

We hired perfect painters this past week and they did a fantastic job. John and partner were super polite and detailed painters. We are very happy with the service we received and would use them again if needed.

Our floor tiles cracked after 2 months. this is after they did it twice.
nice people but poor skills unfortunately.
they also did some caulking around bathroom vanity counter and it's all coming off after 5 months. i would not recommend them.

We were trying to get a newly renovated room completed before Christmas and Perfect Painters made that happen with ease. Melanie gave me a quote the day I phoned with a clear outline of pricing and availability. She was easy to work with and very accommodating in trying to meet our deadline. Her communication was fantastic and she answered all of our questions and patiently worked with us when we changed our mind on the date for the work to be completed. Fabio arrived on time the day of the job and completed the painting quickly. His pride in his work and eye for detail was evident in the finished product. The room has brick and wood walls and he meticulously hand painted any areas needed to insure that the finished product was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the final product and they certainly do deserve the name Perfect Painters.

I was quoted the same day I called. The painting of most of our house was started shortly afterwards. The painters were on time each day, were extremely thorough, cleaned up after themselves and were way beyond our expectations. I would recommend them and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We hired John through The Home Improvement Group (THIG) at the same time we hired a handyman to do drywall repairs. Melanie in the office did a great job coordinating the services. John did a great job with the paint job - it was basically painting a few walls where we had drywall repairs done and just a few touch ups. He was on time and cleaned up after the job. Very happy with the both the drywall repairs and painting.

Only reason I wouldn't be giving a 5/5 is becuase we had to switch painters midway through a job which caused a schedule change BUT I ended up getting an AMAZING painter, Fabio. He was meticulous. We knew the job of painting tile was not a common ask and he was super thorough and made sure we got the BEST possible result. We are so happy with our new refresh. Thanks Fabio!

We had the pleasure of hiring THIG again – the last time for home repairs – this time with their Perfect Painters division for outside painting. I felt badly for the staff at home office, given poor weather with rain they had to reschedule numerous times. The first set of painters did a great job but missed filling in a crack the first time around on the front step. THIG went above and beyond to make sure that the crack was filled and repainted. Our front and back porch look perfect. They are exceptional – head office, the project managers, the handymen and the painters. You don’t need to go anywhere else.

So far, so good. We're just in the beginning stages of my actual renovations. I decided to go with THIG because of their expertise doing condominium renovations. There are so many hoops to jump through, and Gary, my project manager, has taken care of every one of them. He's been awesome, and is always there if I have questions or concerns. I'm expecting that the remainder of the project to go just as well. Very pleased!

It's my third time using their services. The project manager Gary was great, was always calling or popping by to make sure things were going as planned. Installation was fairly quick and Sally - she stained and painted my railings was phenomenal! Extremely thorough, treated my place as her own and was miticoulos about everything she did.
She came to paint spindles, but saw the dust on the stairs and vacuumed before she left!
