Good morning JL,
I see the cost of services was $0... did I forget to bill you? :-D
Glad I could help you with that house in The Hamptons. Call me if you have any questions during the basement renovations.
Thanks Fabian! I enjoy my job, even though parts of it are not so glamourous. I look forward to working with you again in the future. From what you know and what you learned, I'll wager the next inspection for you will be a little bit easier for me!
Thanks for the positive review Bilal. It was great to meet your family when I came to go over the report and further explain some of the details on that rural property.
Thanks for the kind words Arlene. It was a beautiful day for the drive up to what I suspect will become a popular little place for the family. And it was good to meet the grandkids too!
It was great to meet you Dawn. I drive by that property now and then and see that there is always something on the go there. Glad to have been able to help you.
Glad to be of service Connie! You've found a character home and I think you understand and are prepared for the joys of home ownership.
You didn't like the ungrounded extension cords used to supply power to the boiler? ;-D
Glad I could help you with your purchasing decision; hope the next one I do for you works out better.
Glad to help you with your home purchase Christie. Don't be afraid to ask any questions or seek advice on your home or changes you would like to make, by phone or email, anytime! Nice to have met you.
Thanks for the review T.L. I enjoy what I do so it never feels tedioius or boring.
COVID PROTOCOLS IN PLACE - Get it inspected - safely!
When you are buying a house you are buying a job. Invest in a Diamond Home Inspection and make an informed choice when buying your new home.
I am committed to providing the best inspection experience for my clients. I am responsible for giving you an understanding of the scope of the work that you are looking at buying. Some of that depends on how it was built, some of that depends on how well it was maintained/renovated. I perform a visual, non-invasive inspection of the condition of the home, so you can make an informed purchasing decision. Using my training, tools and experience to read the story of how the home was built and how it was maintained. Every house will have "issues", doesn't matter if it is a "new" house or a "used" house. The question then becomes - so what? Is this a major problem now? Is it something that will only get worse or is it something that is no longer changing? Is it is a big deal or red herring? Some of the answers will depend on you, your patience, ability, monetary situation and/or your plans for the home, others- like safety issues, are self explanatory.
I have a background in construction, internationally recognized training, national inspector association affiliations expert tools and a thirst for continued education.
May is Deck Safety Month. Be sure to get a deck inspection before the summer entertainment season!
Getting you shingles replaced and want to be sure it was done right? Include an inspection as part of the contract, and Call for a roof inspection before you make final payment.
