Mike has been great from the beginning. From an explanation of the product, company and followed up through entire process. installation crew was on time. They are a very friendly team and clean work. I would recommend Eco Choice Windows & Doors to friends and family. I would definitely use them again.

Mike from Eco-Choice sold us windows for the front of the home. The windows had custom shapes. On their first visit they installed the windows and we noticed that the round top above the windows looks weird and was not made properly. Several weeks later they came back with a new window and removed the old (wrong size/shape) one. Thank you very much for resolving our window sizing issues. We are very happy with the end result.

Our sales representative (Terry) was great - very responsive and he answered my questions thoroughly and promptly. The installers (Alex and his assistant) were equally easy to work with as they arrived on time and were professional in every aspect, and even offered to re-install brackets for the blinds that they'd had to remove from the window frame in order to facilitate the installation. The windows look great too, and have drastically improved the curb appeal of the house. Thank you!

Great job again. This was my second purchase from Gabriel at Eco Choice Windows. I must say I love the new color and look of the new windows and our new sliding door. We had a problem with a lock on the patio door and the installer came back on the week-end to fix a problem. Fast service.
