Angelina, of the Healthy Abode, answered the phone the first time I called and came out the next day to pick up the bug that I wanted tested. She was professional and compassionate. She sent the bug to be DNA tested. The test took a couple days longer than planned on account of Civic Holidays, but despite this mishap I would absolutely recommend the Healthy Abode for the same service I received, as the customer service dealing was wonderful. After the results came in and further action was needed on my part, the Healthy Abode phoned the City of Toronto to do further research on my behalf to find out further options for actions to clear up my bug problem. I am in a row house and wanted to know how to go about getting my non-English speaking neighbours on board with my extermination plans.
