Peace of Mind Home Inspection was fantastic. Don was a true professional. He came in and thoroughly went through the home we had purchased conditionally. Id like to start with Don was on time and ready to share is knowledge. I was looking my first house and Don made sure I knew what I was getting myself into. He walked me through the house and pointed out the problems and solutions. I would total use him again.

For starters Don is prompt. By the time I got to my future new home he was already at work. He was great to deal with, easy to talk to and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. So far, everything he warned me about regarding my house have come to fruition. Like out cold en-suite floor caused by minimal code for insulation in the garage. He was also able find things wrong the home that the sellers home inspector didn't find. Not only that, he even proved the other home inspector incorrect with some of the things that he had checked off to be wrong with the home. In closing, Don is a great home inspector and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Also Don, the mystery of the magic box on the ceiling wasn't a mystery after all. They did just put a box up there to hide the wires. I'll just grow to love and accept that light box for now. lol.
