Foundation waterproofing, sump pump and sewage back-up
I was quoted by Eugene, who came out quickly. Easy going, professional and knowledgeable, he took a look at the job, and gave me a reasonable quote for exterior waterproofing (inc. weeping tile and window wells) with options to install a sump pump and sewage back-up.
The work was held up a bit due to cold weather, but as soon as it improved they started the job. Terry was the lead on the job site and again, was friendly, professional and easy to get along with. After the work started I requested that the work be expanded based on some findings following completion of the first half. I also opted for the sump pump and sewage back-up.
Once completed Terry returned without any fuss to fix some issues with how the concrete slab had cured. Thanks for the hard work, getting the job done quickly and for the clean-up along the way. Overall very happy with the work and service.
