In 2007, Braymore Delivery Service delivered our son's grand piano to our home in Port Perry from a retail store in Toronto. At the time, I recall being positively impressed by Braymore's orchestration and execution. Time passed; the son moved away; the instrument sat under-utilized as a chord unresolved. Spring 2016, Braymore Delivery's easy-to-use online quote process and the always responsive and helpful Sonia Singh soon culminated in a flawless 270 km. relocation of the grand piano to our son in Eastern Ontario. Our heartfelt thanks to Braymore Delivery, Sonia, and the moving crew; chord now resolved. Your care and commitment are very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Braymore Piano Movers. They moved our piano from West Hill to our son's house in Pickering. They arrived on time and treated our family heirloom with great care. Both homes have hardwood floors which was a concern and they took great care to make sure the floors were not damaged in any way. The move was a complete success and my grandchildren now have a piano to continue the family tradition. Big thank you to Josh, Tim and Sandell for their professional and friendly manner. Braymore took care of a piano move from Toronto to Ottawa, involving an antique rosewood piano that my Grandmother brought with her from Glasgow Scotland in 1910. I could not have been more pleased with the care and consideration they showed to this family heirloom. The piano bench followed on the next delivery between Toronto and Ottawa as it was not available earlier. Sonia in the front office stayed in touch and the field crew were great people to have in our corner!

Roland and Denis were very personable, professional and punctual. They were methodical and interacted well together in their approach to handling my heavy Mason Reicsh piano. I will certainly, without hesitation, use Braymore in the future.

During our recent move, we were advised by our movers that that do not handle pianos and we were referred to Braymore. That was the best advice I have received, as the staff of Braymore are truly professional and efficient at what they do and the piano was disassembled, wrapped, moved and assembled smoothly and effortlessly, unlike my piano playing skills....which I am still working on :)
