Return visit to fix leak in the oil filter. Leak was fixed quickly and the problem was solved.

Josh Davidson performed the service. He acted in a professional manner and was able to answer all technical questions and concerns. Clearly he is technically competant at his skill. I also appreciate that he arrived at my home within the agreed service time. I signed up for a PLUS Maintenance Plan. Since I am comfortable with Josh's technical abilities, I hope he is the technician that continues to provide these services going forward.

Josh B., who has done maintenance before, was the service technician. He was MOST pleasant, carefully went to the crawl space to service the furnace, discussed some valid points about the aging furnace/ac unit and in general was most professional.

We had a service rep. come to our home to clean our furnace and he was actually early. Very nice, and knowledgeable guy. He made some suggestions for us to get more heat in our furnace room and also put a merv 11 filter in our furnace. He also put new batteries in our thermostat. Great service technician. My previous furnace was a forced air electric, and was about 30 years old and very inefficient, my heat pump kept breaking down. I had used D & K heating before to service my heat pump they suggested arranging to see their person who could show us the benefits of installing a new heat pump and furnace. After talking to their sales rep who showed us that it was not that expensive on a monthly basis we went ahead and had the new systems installed. The only problem I had was D & K installers did not leave a certification tag on the Propane furnace, as our propane supplier pointed out, and I had to call D & K back to have another person come out and do a pressure check on my new system and leave the tag. Otherwise the installers were courteous and worked very quickly. I don't remember the installer's names, but I wish to thank them for their installation and service. Thank you D & K.

The old furnace and air conditioner was over 20 years old, still working fine, but not very efficient. Was originally installed by the same company and also same product as the new ones (Lennox).
Excellent company and fine workmanship, fast install, very professional and very neat, price was very comparable to others and they actually went above others with extras such as high end thermostat and outdoor temperature reading. Will for sure use the same company again

Coldest day my existing fireplace died..D&K came, saw I needed replacement & had it here & installed in 3 days..excellent workmanship & follow-up service...very reliable personnel- neat workers - careful with my home interior.

Another heating firm was contacted to carry out a cleaning service on my unit, they realized cracks in the heat exchanger and gave me an estimate on replacement, I was less than impressed by their approach and was informed it would be about a week to have it replaced (due to the cracks being found on a Friday). I contacted D&K and explained my situation, a rep was at my house on Saturday morning and the furnace was replaced on Monday, the receptionist, sales rep, and technicians were all extremely knowledgable and the installers also cleared up a number of issues which i had been living with since the last unit was installed.
I am extremely happy with everything that was done!
