D7K Heating did the warranty work on my new gas fireplace. They did an excellent job. They quickly identified the problems and replaced the appropriate parts. Great customer services, quick, clean and professional technicians. Five Stars!!

New to Brighton about a year ago, D & K installed HRV in my new home. Mike Vandervelde was my expert service tech - knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He educated me on how to use the HRV system today and promptly answered my questions.

Jessie from D&K arrived exactly when I was told someone would be by, he solved the mystery of my furnace that just stopped working, and he answered all my additional questions and even explained to me what to look for should something like this ever happen again. Thanks Jessie!

From the day back in 2005 when we first contacted D&K they've been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We had six or seven quotes and only one of the companies actually listened carefully to what we wanted.

Now it's just a regular tune-up each Autumn. Sometimes parts fail and that's life. But we know we can trust Mike to do a good job and he has never failed us. And on the couple of occasions when there's been a problem outside his experience he went away and researched it and came back with the right answer.

If you'd asked me four or five years ago I'd have said avoid D&K, because they used a call centre that made too many mistakes, sending a technician out who took one look at our system and said, I don't do hot-water radiators or oil furnaces, I only know about gas and propane furnaces and forced air! But they seem to have fixed that problem - I'm still always careful to remind the person scheduling visits that it's an oil-fired hot water system though, because they're actually human.

Our house is warm in the winter, and Mike's friendly visit is always welcome.

We could not get our furnace started and there was no heat. D & K Heating had someone come out the day after we called - super fast. The service rep. named Josh was fantastic and he repaired the furnace issue right away and he did not overcharge us. Josh was quick, fair and professional. Our furnace works great now. Thanks D & K and Josh. Great job !!!!

D & K Heating service men are EXPERTS. We had Jessie and James doing our furnace service to day, they did super job not only a good work but they have a most pleasant personality. We like your Company, you have been taking care of us for 14 years and hope to continue for next 14 years.

Very impressed with Mike vandervelde....not impressed with call center over weekend....told me my appt was booked for Tuesday between 8 to 10 when I called at 9 am that morning I wasn't in system for an appt.
