Furnace and heat pump were checked for technical problems, changing filter, cleaning, leaks in piping. Thermostat was found to have a broken connector. It was replaced the next day with a new thermostat and all functions were checked that the thermostat operated the heating/cooling equipment properly. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable and made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostat.

The company takes care of booking my appointments for service on my furnance .They give us the range of time ie:service person will be there between 2-4 or in the morning.The service person that we’ve had is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

The salesperson and installation teams were fine, prompt, courteous and respectful to the property while doing their work.
Where the company has really excelled however has been with the followup service on a couple of issues that arose with the equipment,
as well as with routine yearly inspection and maintenance. We have had the pleasure of dealing with one technician ( kudos to Terry H.)
for all of our post installation service and are extremely happy with his diligence, high level of competent service and his patience in taking time in his busy schedule to keep us informed and to make helpful suggestions regarding the systems.

We had our existing electric furnace replaced by a propane fuelled furnace. We are very pleased with the performance. It increases the home temperature quickly and is a reasonably efficient source of heat. The installation was clean and well done. We have been having the annual service and inspection of the furnace as part of a maintenance plan. The service tech was on time, respectful of our home and provided answers to all questions we had about our furnace and maintenance.

My old furnace gave out on New Year's eve! Nevertheless, that same day Service Expert technicians came to our assistance and helped get us through the terrible cold spell we were experiencing. A sales representative also came over promptly and was very helpful in finding a furnace that best suited our needs. The installation team was prompt, efficient and professional in getting the new unit up and running. All in all a, a very good experience.

We had ordered new bricks to be installed and chimney cleaning. I was very impressed with the job Aaron and Austyn did. Aaron was very thorough and competent and did a much better job than anyone else who has serviced our insert and chimney from other service providers. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dan Mitchell was very professional friendly and explain everything to us about the furnace AC and fireplace. We had just move from Ottawa and did not know much about all of it.
