Five Star Painting Mississauga

i learned about five star from visiting a booth at the home show. the local representative came to my home, free of charge, to provide a quote. sohail was able to see the requested job and provided a price that was near market value. five star beat my other quoted prices by 5%. they also used high-quality paints from sherwin-williams.
the job was scheduled over two days but turned into a five day ordeal. there were many small patches and nicks that were not caught by the painters on their first attempt. instead, i pointed them out and tagged them. this made me feel like i was being picky but i just expected a quality job to my satisfaction. the painters even said "don't expect a high quality job because you are not paying thousands of dollars". i felt this was going against the five star mandate to provide five star quality jobs without five star prices. the entire project took longer than expected and still did not fix all the problem areas. there were areas that were only painted once, so you could see the paint from underneath. the edges of wall to ceiling look wavy and not professionally done, and this is the same for the baseboards. i would spend a little more to get a quality job with a professional.

We appreciated the visit from Sohail, the owner of the company, who gave us a quote and matched the paint colour for us. The 2 painters, Adil & Ron, did a great job of ceiling, walls (entire height of house) and trim and were very careful with their work. We are very satisfied with the job and would recommend the company.

I had Five Star come for a small exterior job (garage door and exterior window trims for bay window) as well as some interior painting (doors, trim, hallways & living/dining room walls). From my experience, this company is relatively affordable and reliable (they show up when they say they will and try very hard to keep within their time frames). You can also tell that they strive for customer satisfaction. The only tip is to make sure that you inspect the work carefully, I find they can tend to be a little sloppy with the finish but I have had no issues either time with them fixing the areas that I pointed out.

Everything was first class. The people were nice professionals. Everything was done to facilitate us. The colors that the color consulattnt picked for us were wonderful. The house looks great.

Workmanship and the level of cleanliness was good. It was scheduled within the time promised and finished within two days. All promises kept!

Professional and considerate. They completed the job on time and the painter was quite knowledgable about what needed to be done and how to do it. I definitely recommend them.

Five Star truely helped us transform our office space. Their interior designer helped us pick a new color scheme which everyone has appreciated much. Everything was organized over the weekend. People left on Friday and when they came back it was like going to a new place altogether. I truly appreciate their professionalism and courtesy.
