This is a second kitchen that Lee has done for us and we are very happy with the result. The service was very smooth and end to end, from helping with the design to placing the order with IKEA, to completing the project on time and budget exactly according to plan. I have used Lee's services four times now, for different kitchen and closet projects in two of my homes. The first project was a small, 80 square-foot kitchen renovation in a tiny Toronto bungalow. Lee's expertise in planning helped us maximize the space and kept the cost very reasonable.

When we moved into a new house in 2015, we had a limited budget but needed additional cabinets. Lee provided design services and excellent suggestions to maximize the space while also recognizing our budget constraints. He also did a fantastic job of building custom closets and a window bench for our daughter's bedroom, repurposing ikea materials that had been previously used in another room.

Finally, last summer Lee provided a full kitchen reno for us, including gutting our main floor, partially removing a wall (but keeping the existing wainscoting and trim), all new tile, new cabinetry, lighting, plumbing and backsplash. He did all of this on time and on budget. One particularly tricky area was tiling our front hallway and kitchen, which was not level. He did an excellent job and the workmanship was top-notch (no cracked grout!). He also recommended really excellent countertop installers. Renovations are messy, stressful and expensive, but Lee made it so much easier on us.

All in all, we have been very pleased with Lee's services. He is professional and kind and has always been very good to both myself and my young family, and takes the time to keep the worksite clean and safe, which is a huge relief when you have young children.

We highly, highly recommend Lee's services. It is so hard to find a good contractor and he is one of the best.

-new tiles, sink, toilet, patched and painted the walls and baseboards, caulking, replaced dated light fixtures with new pot lights.

I just popped in here to find Lee's phone number, and realized I didn't write a review after the first job he did for me! Lee and his guys did a complete kitchen gut/reno for me about 8 years ago, and I still smile every time I look at it. I have referred him to several people, and they are all extremely happy too. He is brilliant when it comes to kitchen design and planning, and his work is stellar. He is an amazing problem-solver, and is most concerned that the client sees their vision come to fruition -- because he takes such pride in his work. I called him an 'artiste'! He also took the confusion and overwhelm out of it for me. He said there is no problem that doesn't have a solution -- and he very creatively solved a couple of them for me. He put me totally at ease, and took all the stress out of the situation. The job was also done within budget and time-frame. Don't think twice ... just call Lee!

Lee was kind, professional and prompt. He did a wonderful job installing our laundry room cabinets and made sure all the details were carefully looked after! Would certainly recommend and would hire again.

This is the third time in 6 years that we have hired Lee to do a full kitchen installation as I do not trust anyone else with my kitchen. Lee is very meticulous with the details and his work is very precise which makes the kitchen look custom made. He does not rush with the installation and spends the time to make sure everything is done right. He is also willing to spend the time to problem solve tricky installations. Case in point, he managed to install my custom kitchen range hood in a very tight space which other contractors I asked had refused to due to the complexity of the installation. Lee is a very easy person to talk to and work with and I would not hesitate to hire him again for our next project.

I went to Homestars website to see if I can find a reputable contractor for my Kitchen reno and LS Kitchens responded quickly. At first the communication was amicable and it seems they were trustworthy and dedicated. But after I paid the deposit, things went quickly sour. They did not want to answer questions or consult me on any decisions in the design of the cabinets. I was told that clients normally leave everything with them and they move out of their home. After a series of frustrating conversations, I decided to end the relationship. The last straw was when the cabinet company contacted me to say they were ready to move forward with the construction but I was never consulted with the final design.

Lee completed our kitchen installation flawlessly. He was communicated well, did the work efficiently, professionally, on-time and the final result was perfect.

Lee was head and shoulders better than other contractors who we've hired for similar jobs. I would love to have him do work for us in the future.

We found Lee after meeting with many other contractors and he was clearly outstanding, being exceptionally clear, fair and knowledgeable about the work we asked him to do: two bathrooms.
