Carpentry At Its Best

Contacted Niall via Homestars. He came, checked out the job details and provided a quote, which I thought was reasonable. He came on the scheduled date, completed the job in one day, and cleaned up. As promised, he came a few days later to pick up all remaining wastes. I would also mention Niall provided a neat solution to a few rotting boards and batten at their bottom ends, all within the quote.

Niall fixed a botched kitchen reno that other contractors would not touch. He is a consummate professional, on time and focused with a great work ethic. He worked outside in sub zer0 temperatures to get the job done.Very pleased with the results.

Niall is lovely to deal with, honest and true to his word. He came to assess the job and arrived on time to complete it. He took this small job when others would not respond.

Niall did a great job of fixing my DIY project that had gone terribly wrong. I had purchased a cheap wooden table and glued a nice stone top to the table. Unfortunately, the table was not able to handle the weight of the stone countertop and was very unstable. I called Niall and he quickly came to provide a very reasonable estimate to build a custom table that could withstand the weight of the countertop. Niall did the work efficiently and professionally. Needless to say, I am quite happy with the results. The table looks great and it is extremely sturdy!

The previous owner of our house had removed the bannister/balustrade and it obviously needed to be replaced. Niall was quick to respond to my phone call, provided a free in-person estimate, consulted with us regarding materials, which he then bought and delivered, and arrived on the promised day to build it. We are very happy with how sturdy and attractive the finished project is, and would be happy to hire him again. Thanks Niall!

We are very happy with the work Niall did for us and will definitely use him again. The job was to build a wall with french doors and a transom in a Victorian house. Niall was sensitive to the historical context and had terrific suggestions. He's an excellent carpenter with very reasonable rates. There were no surprise costs and he completed the work in a very timely fashion. We've used a number of people over the years and we were quite impressed and pleased with the work Niall did.

We needed some work done on two bedroom closets ( demo, dryall/patch and repair plaster, and put up organizers). Niall came in did the work within a couple of weeks. He was professional and courteous. His work was minimally disruptive even though it took place during the coldest weeks of the year. I would recommend him and use his services again!

I was very impressed by Niall. The maple veneer panel of my bathroom vanity was badly damaged. Niall replaced the damaged panel with a new one. Only upon close inspection could you tell that a panel had been replaced. The quality of his work was excellent and he worked quickly. Although he was busy he managed to fit me into his schedule on short notice. He was punctual and gave me an accurate idea as to how the completed vanity would look. He kept in touch at all times. I will happily use him again.

Naill was very professional and quick to do the Job. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of carpentry work. I am very pleased with the sliding doors he made and installed in my Basement living room . I highly recommend him, top notch !!

Crew were very professional; very efficient and did excellent work. Would recommend them and hire them for other projects around my home. Price was my only concern - however I am very satisfied with the work.
