This was the second project I used Mike and his team for and once again I am a very satisfied customer. Mike is easy to work with in terms of scheduling and provides a clear and reliable free estimate. His team arrived as scheduled and got the job done on time. They did a great painting job and are very careful to clean up after themselves. Even during the job they cleaned up at the end of the first day and left all of their equipment and supplies carefully tucked away. I highly recommend Five Star Painting and plan to use them again.

Mike came out promptly to discuss my project and was very thorough. I wanted the living, hallway and bedroom painted before Christmas, and it involved some plaster work as well to repair previous water damage. He was very careful to discuss expectations as some of the area that needed repair was original plaster crown molding and textured ceiling. The quote I received was reasonable and his timeline was good so I booked him straight away. His painters Al and his assistant arrived promptly, were very courteous, protected all the areas before doing any work. The plaster repairs were significant and were well done, and they removed all the wallpaper in the living room. All the areas were sanded before priming and painting, and the result is a huge improvement. The job was finished on time and on budget. I will certainly call Mike the next time I need anything painted.

Mike and his Five Star Painting Team were a delight to work with during every stage - setting up the estimate, explaining the contract, booking the dates and completion of the job. The painters were polite, clean and did an amazing job in every single room they completed.

My husband and I are very pleased with the services Mike Otani and Five Star Painting provided us.
We had the hallways painted on both levels, along with a bedroom, ceilings, and trim. Mike's team member Hamid did an amazing job in our house, everything looks wonderful...Hamid really is a master painter, there were no paint splatters or anything. He is very neat and tidy.
Both Mike and Hamid are wonderful to deal with and it was a pleasure having them in our home. I will definitely recommend Five Star Painting to my family and friends.

I am overall pleased with five star services regarding my recent painting project. They were punctual, cordial, and provided a first class quality painting job; Notwithstanding the price, which was not competitive with other painters in the service area. I however, used Five Star as I found Mike to be quite genuine and willing to compromise with his client. Also, Aliandro left the bath uncleaned with paint splattering.

After interviewing a few companies, I chose Five Star Painting because of the professionalism and solid contract they provide stating their responsibilities and guaranteeing the quality of the paint job. The painter, Hamid, completed the job on his own for 3 days. I am a perfectionist and he was able to satisfy any request that I made. we waited about 3 years to get this major job done consisting of 3 floor hallway and ceiling due to the amount of wallpaper we had removed and repaired. When we were ready for painting we discovered Five Star and their professionalism and dedication as well as great communication and time frame to get the job done influenced our decision.
