Aida Sara Cleaning Service

It was a last minute to ask Aida to clean my rented house the day before Holiday. Aida was very helpful to find her crew to do cleaning next day. Aida and her crew showed up on time and did excellent deep cleaning. I definitely ask their service again. The price I paid was more than she normally ask, because it was a holiday.

We recently moved into a temporary apartment, while we continue to look for a house to purchase. The apartment was disgusting, and I never would have rented it, if it wasn't for the fact that we needed a place quickly and it came furnished and pet-friendly.

We called Aida and she came 2 days later with her helper. After a couple of hours, the place looked fantastic!!! We are so much more comfortable living in the apartment now, and it has made the experience a lot more bearable.

I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to have their place cleaned.

After updating our newly bought 35 year old home with renos to the kitchen and bathrooms - plus painting throughout - we were in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and disinfection. I have a little one, with another about to pop, and wanted to make sure all was very clean and safe.
Aida and her team came and performed above and beyond my expectations. Every nook and cranny were cleaned with environmentally safe products. Aida did a fantastic job cleaning my new condo and making it move-in ready. She paid close attention to the details and did an impressive job making the unit look brand new. I was very happy with service and would recommend/use her again.

I needed my newly painted and renovated apartment cleaned in detail for it to be put on the market. Aida and her two colleagues did an incredibly detailed job cleaning my apartment and even got the approval of my Mom! I can't think of higher praise!!! They arrived on time and were incredibly professional and friendly. They cleaned behind my appliances, on the balconies, and in the tiniest crevasses imaginable. They left my place truly spotless, and I am certain the state they left my apartment in helped me sell the apartment so quickly!! Aida even personally followed up with me to make sure I was happy with her team's work. I would definitely recommend Aida's services to friends and family or anyone looking for a trustworthy team to clean their home and all the little places usually only people that live in the space know need cleaning!! I am so happy with my first clean with Aida and her team yesterday. They were very pleasant to be around and did things that I didn't even ask them to do, like cleaning and organizing under the sink. I felt very comfortable having her in my apartment. She really cared about doing a great job.

This approx. 800 sqft. apartment had some areas that hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a lot of dust everywhere. Aida and her friend arrived on time and were very thorough. It took them five hours to do a deep clean on the apartment (1br, 1wr) including cleaning inside the oven and fridge. So with two people working, this is $350 for ten person-hours' time. This was the first cleaning for a very dusty apartment so the cost was a little bit more than her usual quoted $200-$250. Subsequent regular maintenance was quoted at $150.

I initially hired this company a couple of months ago after extensive renovations and I was happy with their work. However, a following encounter was not pleasant. If you question anything the owner, Aida, gets easily defensive and irritated to the point where I asked her to leave. I can only give 1 star as the work was good but difficult to deal with the owner. Her assistant was excellent. Update Feb 1, 2015: the owner called me begging to remove the negative feedback as it was affecting her business. I refused and then she wrote corresponding comment. The owner is rude. Avoid this company.
