He responded immediately, carried out an inspection, offered constructive recommendations, and quoted a very fair price. He also gave us an approximate installation date, taking Covid restrictions into account, and delivered as promised. There were no 'hidden' or 'extra' charges on completion, the installers were very professional, worked very hard, and did an excellent job, and cleaned up carefully on completion. Our new windows look fantastic and have greatly improved the appearance of our home and we would definitely recommend this company.

We invite quote to replace 7 Windows and patio door from few Windows companies in GTA. Imperial Windows has given us better deal and time frame considering the pandemic situations. Mr Henry closed order with deposit. The job finished in specified time and installed in one day by his team. COVID caused significant delays beyond the company’s control but the excellent service and high quality work was well worth the wait.

Great job - very professional and work completed in timely manner. Doors took a while due to covid but not his fault. Happy with new new doors and would recommend Henry (very responsive).

I would highly recommend this company. Excellent quality of product but it is the service that makes this company outstanding. Henry and his crew go above and beyond to make sure you are aware of every step of the delivery and installation and that you are completely satisfied. Henry even took the door knocker I had purchased to the manufacturer to make sure it could be installed without affecting the design of the door or the peephole and then he installed the door knocker for me. Fantastic customer service.

Henry was extremely professional, honest and excellent to work with; most importantly, he is responsive which is very important when trying to coordinate a renovation. His team was very clean and precise, finishing the work in only a day and a half and disposing of all old windows/doors/sliding doors/rubbish, etc.
We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and I would not only highly recommend Imperial, but will be calling Henry again once I need to finish the 2 remaining windows.
