Modern Staging

I used Laura ( Modern Staging ) to stage my house for sale. She first listened to what I was trying to achieve and then discussed what she thought was right for my space. She has a great grasp on what buyers like and in this business it is all that matters. All her trades that she used were amazing and very punctual and clean. The movers were awesome, the cleaners were amazing as well!

The service is not cheap but it is a great investment! The house sold in 6 days and above the asking price. I would say that the extra money that she got me for the house was ten times what I paid her!

Laura and her team were tremendous in helping me stage and sell a client's loft on Queen West. The unit was empty and not selling. Laura came in and did her thing, and we sold the unit within days of it being re-listed, for full price! An invaluable service for anyone trying to sell their home and the attention to the customer was outstanding. Fantastic from start to finish.

Modern Staging is the only staging company around that truly works with modern and contemporary spaces. I looked at a lot of different companies before I found Modern Staging, and was incredibly impressed with the furniture and related items that they used. They have a true appreciation for modern design, and turned portions of my victorian home into a modern, loft-like and very trendy space. They are not the cheapest, but the cost is absolutely well-worth it. I consistently had complients on the funishings that they used and how the space didn't look "staged". In terms of service, they were very professional, timely and incredibly easy to deal with (even on short notice). I would highly recommend them.

Laura provided us with a staging to-do list that was very easy to follow and worked with our time constraints. We followed all of Laura’s suggestions and sold our place in two days! Laura is friendly and easy to work. I would recommend Modern Staging highly for your staging needs.
