Sanderson replaced our house roof some years ago and I have called on them since to remediate wind damage in one storm and an ice dam in a roof valley . 2022 call was to remove a deep drift of snow on a low slope roof, in order to avoid potential ice dam issues.

Sanderson is a reputable company. They’ve done work on our roof over the years and most recently they arrived ahortly after I called to do snow removal after 50 cms fell. Always reliable !

My advice: stop researching any other roofing company. You have found the right choice. From my first call to final invoice I was so impressed by Sanderson Roofing. The team who worked on my roof - full re shingle - were if the highest professionalism & the site clean up was perfect. Highly recommend!

It's nice to find a roofer who you don't have to keep calling to either get a price, start the job or finish it. They really do what they set out to do. Have used them several times and will definitely continue to do so.

This past September I had my roof redone
by Sanderson Roofing. They were prompt in providing a detailed estimate, went to great lengths to ensure we had the type and colour of shingles we wanted, included additional work regarding flashing, and performed the work on schedule and on budget. The team of roofers were friendly, professional, very well organized and left the property as clean as it was when they arrived. The work is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

The sales team knew exactly what our older style house needed and never tried to oversell. They arrived as scheduled with a crew of three who finished the job on time despite the weather conditions that were less than favourable. I called Sanderson Roofing because they are an established roofing company . I just wanted to make sure that one part of the roof which looked like it needed to be redone would be good until spring. It was late October. Eric came and looked at the roof. He told me that everything was okay but that the front part would need to be done in the spring. He gave me 2 estimates: one for the front only, replaced now and the other for the entire roof at a later date. After a short deliberation, I decided to do the whole thing now and am very pleased with m;y decision. They were on time, did a great job, were very respectful and clean. They left nothing behind.

Needed shingles replaces. Obtained several quotes. Sanderson representative was good to deal with. The company has been in business for 125 years so there warranty of 50 yrs on materials and 25 on workmanship is valid. The crew was good and were careful around the property. A Sanderson inspector came to have a look shortly after completion and minor issues were dealt with promptly.
