Mark and his crew just left today after trimming our maple tree in our front yard. Great job, great guys, great price. I will happily use their services again for sure.

I contacted Rileys Tree Service to have 2 diseased ash trees (ash borer beetle) removed, the stumps ground and 1 birch tree pruned. Mark was very patient as I emailed him several times about the process. To my amazement, he usually responded within minutes! I was very nervous about the whole thing because the ash tree in the front extended over the street, the birch tree in the front extended over the house and ash tree in the back extended over the neighbour's yard. The day the work was going to be done, he arrived on time and got right to work with his crew. I was really pleased to see how efficiently they worked. Everyone was super nice and easy to talk to. Before they left, the yard was cleaned very carefully. We highly recommend Rileys Tree Service because a process that seemed a little scarry to us was made so easy in the end. Thanks Mark and the other guys for taking such good care of our property.

Called several other tree service company -- nobody would even return the call. Left Rileys tree service a message and Mark promptly replied, scheduled a visit to provide a quote.

A Manitoba Maple tree was blown over and broke on a Friday. On Sunday afternoon it split in two and fell in my yard. I called around for quotes and Mark at Rileys was the only person who volunteered to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave a detailed description of how they would clean up and remove the remaining parts of the tree which was hanging over a neighbours garden and a school yard. He was also the only company to provide a reasonable quote price that I could aford. Mark and the crew showed up on time with a cherry picker truck and all of the right tools and safety gear. They had the large tree cut down and cleaned up in about 3 hours. Very respectful of my neighbours property and in the end Mark gave me some good tips on what to plant to fill the void left by the tree.

Rileys did a great job pruning all the trees on my corner lot. Pruned a large maple, and oak, timmed two cedar hedges, and cleaned up some bushes etc. Excellent job, and prompt customer service. Thanks Mark!

I have a number of quotes from other tree service companies( 5) to come in and prune my trees. However I have been watching Riley's work around town for a few weeks so I decided to give them a call, Mark was prompt to get a quote
I quickly discovered that the 30 yr old Maple in the front yard needed more than pruning, Riley's was the only Tree Service Company ( out of 5) who was honest with me about the condition of this tree, Mark told me that he would be happy to take my money and prune the trees however, I would not be happy in the long run with the service, The large Maple, was extremely unhealthy split down the middle and would need to be removed entirely. When I purchased the property 15 years ago , the split was in the tree then and I thought nothing more of it. The tree was large,beautiful and had always provided great shade in the summer.
Mark was extremely professional giving me options that made me feel confident in choosing him and his team to remove the large tree in my front yard. It was his honesty and integrity that closed the deal..He also provided excellent arborist advice on the care of existing trees and suggested what type of tree I could plant in the front to replace the maple tree.
Mark and his team arrived as promised and efficiently removed a large ill maple tree in the front yard. They ground down the stump and roots, cleaned up and just left the mulch from the stump. I think they left the place cleaner than they found it....
Even the neighbours have commented on what a professional and efficient company Riley's Tree Service is . I am extremely happy about the quality of service and I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat.... I highly recommend them
