I thought our maple tree had survived the 2013 ice storm, but during the spring and summer deep vertical cracks appeared at every joint. Mark came promptly to assess the tree, and managed to fit us into his schedule. Mark and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove the tree and the stump. There was minimal damage to our perennials, and the clean up was thorough. Great work; highly recommended.

We used Mark several years ago (before the Ice Storm) and found his work to be excellent, customer oriented, timely, and visually aesthetic. The job involved removing a large pine tree and a nasty silver maple from the back yard with minimal access. This week, Mark and crew did a perfect job trimming up a neighbor's tree (with permission) along our fence line. Mark has my business without a question or doubt, no questions asked. His customer service, smile and stories are always 10 stars.

Our call for an estimate was returned promptly and Mark offered a very reasonable and appropriate quote. Mark and his team were punctual, VERY professional, and thorough with their work. The trees were wonderfully trimmed making sure to maintain their shape. The tree removal was PERFECT - and despite the tree being close to a neighbour, Mark and team were EXTREMELY respectful of the surrounding properties. The team also did a VERY thorough job cleaning not leaving anything behind. I highly recommend Riley's Tree Services and will be using them for future trimmings. Excellent work!

Just bought a property in Brampton which had tree damaged from this year's ice storm. Mark came over quickly to give us an estimate. He worked with us to get the dead tree and dangerous broken limbs removed quickly to make the yard safe and them came in later to grind out the tree stumps.

Mark and his team were very professional. The worked quickly and cleaned up the yard when they were done. In addition, the tree we wanted removed was in the corner of our lot, adjacent to a Public park. Mark had spotters to ensure no one got too close to the work area and removed the tree without damaging the fences.

We would highly recommend Rileys Tree Services. We will definitely use Mark and his team again if we need a tree service again. Thanks Mark!!

We have a large silver tree near our property line and overhanging our pool. Mark and his two crew did a great job pruning the tree in such a way that a good privacy screen was left between us and the neighbours, and yet eliminate much of the falling leaves, seeds, and branches that used to end up in the pool.

Mark is clearly an expert in his field, and was helpful and cheerful throughout. His crew did a great job cleaning up - you'd never know they were there. I would highly recommend Riley's. In fact,bee plan on using them again in the fall for some further work.

We had several trees damaged by the ice storm. After researching on homestars, we decided to call Riley's Tree Service for a quote. Mark came to our home within a couple of days, inspected our trees and advised which trees could be saved and which needed to be removed. The quote was quite reasonable, and we decided to have some trees removed, including stump removal, and some pruned. Mark advised that they were already quite booked up, but managed to fit us into their schedule within a couple of weeks after receiving our quote. The 4 man crew were very hard-working and completed our job in about 4 hours. They removed all the tree debris and did a thorough job of cleaning up all the fallen branches and twigs around our yard. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use Riley's again for our future pruning needs.

Mark did a great job on our trees. We had significant ice storm damage to our elms. He was able to save the trees and give them a chance for a new life. He cleaned up a ton of overgrown trees on our property as well. Mark was very knowledgeable, realistic and cares about what is best for the trees. I found him to be honest, forthright in his opinion, and very reasonable with his pricing. On the day of the job, he was right on time, professional and was focused on getting a quality job done in a timely manner.
I plan on using Mark again for all of my tree maintenance in the future. The only recommendation I have for improvement is better accessibility by phone.

I found Riley s on Home stars and called them. The response to my request for a quote was the same day. Mark arrived to give me a quote, guided my through the required Town of Oakville approval process and showed up to do the tree removal when promised. He was quick and the clean up after completion was perfect. A perfect 10!
