Mark is very professional and his quote is very reasonable. The crew arrived promptly and they did a fantastic job! The tree was removed safely and efficiently. The crew was very courteous and they cleaned up the area very nicely. It is my pleasure recommending their service.

We had a Manitoba Maple growing into our garage and needed it removed. Mark provided a quote and scheduled the tree removal within a week. He showed up with a crew and the tree was removed quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up the debris afterward and left the yard looking great. Would definitely recommend Riley's and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we need any other trees removed.

Mark convinced me to prune the oak tree and enjoy the new appearance and renewed life for the tree. On time, excellent work including cleanup. I highly recommend their service.

Mark and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job removing several large limbs from a mulberry tree in our backyard and a huge limb from a neighbours brittle elm tree that overhung on our side of the fence. They exceeded our expectations on all fronts. They were friendly, did an exceptional job pruning the trees, clean up was meticulous, and they were efficient and timely in the completion of the work. They pruned and trimmed beyond our expectations! You could tell that they took pride in their work as they took extra steps to make sure the trees looked great. They even gave the neighbour some advice on their tree and it's health. Rileys Tree Services did very professional job. Although we were available only 2 days a week, they were able to accommodate us. They came on time (even sooner). They were very respectful to our newly planted lawn. They did their job exactly as they promised for the agreed upon price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have no problem recommending Riley's for their professional work, clean-up and price as they have completed two prunings of maples on our property and both times we were more than satisfied by the work. Additionally, I had asked Mark to call the night before they were coming so cars could be moved from the driveway and each time he called. That attention to the customer is truly appreciated and we will continue to use their services.

A MASSIVE TREE NEEDED TO BE URGENTLY REMOVE FROM OUR BACKYARD,SINCE IT WAS ABOUT TO FALL ON TOP OF OUR HOUSE. RILEYS TREE SERVICE INC. DID THE REMOVAL IN A PROFESSIONAL, SAFE AND ACCURATE WAY. ALL THEIR EQUIPMENT WAS MODERN AND WELL MANTAINED , THEIR CREW POLITE RESPECTFUL AND HARD WORKING. MARK BEISEL THE OWNER WAS AT THE FRONT OF THE WHOLE OPERATION WHICH REQUIRED MUCH CARE AND PRECISSION. NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO OUR HOME OR EXISTING TREES AND THE SITE WAS LEFT CLEAN AND NEAT AND ALL PERILS WERE REMOVED . THEIR HELP WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

Totally awesome and extremely professional services and staff. I initially asked Mark to prune my 2 huge maple trees that were hanging over my roof and hydro service wires at my house and my neighbour's house and to remove an extensive amount of overgrown brush thinking that in itself would break the bank. But once here, Mark and his crew worked diligently through the heat and humidity to not only take care of what I'd asked but they pruned my maples so they would get more sun and air circulation and be healthy. They also dealt with other dead trees and brush without charging extra. Branches were cleared as they were cut and put through the chipper so cleanup happened as the work was being done. Mark and his crew told me what time of year I should prune my flowering bushes and how short/tall they should be for their location. I know I'm probably rambling but I am in awe by the level of service I received. The guys know their stuff and are extremely professional and helpful. I've already told Mark that I'll be asking them back again in the fall to do more. If you've been burned in the past by other companies like I was, I highly recommend that you call Mark.

Mark came out a few weeks ago and give us quote to remove our Manitoba Maple tree in our back yard. His price was by the far the best. We had a few quotes last year and a couple quotes this year and some if them, if not all of the quotes were double the price of what Mark quoted us. Mark was professional when I spoke with him over the phone, and told me that I would need a permit to remove the tree. The tree companies that quoted us said we did not need a permit.
Mark and his crew arrived at site on time. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They did an excellent job, and clean up afterwards.
