A sewage backup led us to discover we were piping into an old shared lateral. We decided that the best course of action was to install our own sewage line into the city. Stephen came out immediately and prepared a quote and walked me through everything. He coordinated with the city contractor to make sure timing and expectations were aligned. His team (led by Alex) were extremely polite and professional. They finished the work within a week without and disruption to our day-to-day life. They also did everything possible to minimize damage to our front garden and basement floor. I could not have asked for a better resolution to a horrible and expensive situation.
