Distinct Home Inspections

Our first home was a new build, so my husband and I were nervous about buying a resale home this time because we were not sure what to expect. Marco was such a delight! He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. He showed us things that should and should not be done, and he explained why. He was very well prepared and did a fantastic job of erasing our fears. Not only does he do a phenomenal job, but he also has a wonderful personality, which made us feel very comfortable asking questions and expressing our feelings. Marco is very professional and has a great deal of knowledge, and he takes the time to ensure that his clients are well informed. He also provided us with a very detailed and organized portfolio which noted everything we went through in the inspection, as well as some minor things that need to be done upon moving in to maintain the property.
