Marco did an excellent job inspecting our new home. As we're moving to a rural property, there were many things we hadn't encountered before (like a septic system and well); he explained how everything works patiently and in terms that we could comprehend.
His inspection was very detailed and thorough. The binder that he left us with, containing his report, also has a lot of helpful information and we'll be putting it to good use in the coming months.
Over all, I would highly recommend Lighthouse Inspections to anybody. Marco is intelligent and personable. We now feel much more confident that we've chosen a home without any hidden pitfalls!
