I was ready and prepared to willingly pay more for this company because their reviews were so stellar but it turns out their quote was actually less than other companies so that was a pleasant surprise.

Chris and his crew were amazing. There was no garage door in place already so this was a trucker job but they figured out what needed to be done, finished the job much quicker than I expected and made sure the work area was spotless.

Everything looks great and the door works perfectly and VERY quietly which is another pleasant surprise.

Chris answered the phone when I called to book and gave me a couple of options for dates/times. He showed up on time and completed the work very quickly despite the issue being more serious than I had described. He was up front with his quote on the work as he understood it before arriving, and when he showed me that an additional part was broken (a large spring) it was not very much extra for a spare part and for the effort to install it. Excellent service.

Our garage door wouldn't open so we needed help. I was referred to Chris at Easy Access Garage Doors and couldn't be happier. I only had to call once and he explained what he thought the problem was over the phone and he was absolutely right. He had his team over our house to fix the problem within a day. His team was most helpful and explained our options to fix the issue.

We'll need to change our garage door soon so we'll definitely be calling Chris again. We've already recommended him to our neighbours who have been pleased as well. His prices are very reasonable and not overpriced!

Great job! Very professional. I've received compliments from my neighbours.
There were a few challenges/concerns about the garage door installation but Chris provided a simple work around and solution.
Another contractor exaggerated the problem to justify quoting a much higher price. I paid a reasonable price, the work was done quickly and they cleaned up after the job.

If you look for a garage door business this is the one to go for. Unlike some big businesses which hire a lot of contractors with varying quality, Chris does every job in person. He is experienced, knowledgeable, no non-sense, showing up on time, responsive to every question. Quote is clear, easy to understand, reasonably priced with no hidden charges. Product and installation are both in high quality. We are very satisfied.
