Chris is very efficient and organized. He arrives on time and calls ahead to confirm the exact time. The product is excellent quality, and he made some improvements to the installation structure.

I am very pleased with the work Chris did for me. I emailed him asking about my malfunctioning door and opener, and he explained what my options were. We agreed to have him come out and address the problem with the door and install a new opener. He arrived exactly when he said he would. About 30 minutes later the job was done, including re-programming my vehicle for the new opener. Clean-up and operational instructions took another 5 minutes, and that's it. We needed something entry level for our home. Explained to Chris our requirements. He checked the work out and provided several options to make sure our requirements were met. To be honest I didn’t expect such care and service. It was exceptional, even though we didn’t buy the top of the line product. Both my husband and I were extremely pleased. My dad called me to say the team was very professional and even helped him fix an old door to the side of the house which was broken. Chris came over the day I called and gave me a written estimate with samples and brochures. The small size of our 1940s garage necessitated a custom door and low-profile track. Chris took the time to describe the process and answer all my questions. Even though I ordered just before Christmas, Chris and his team got the custom door manufactured and installed within a month.
