Royas Carpet Cleaning Vancouver No Longer In Business

I tried Royas through an online deal because my cream carpets were ruined by potty-training puppy. They did a great job cleaning the carpet; I only got the basic cleaning as part of the online deal. The result was just as Kia had described and what I had expected. And Kia was such a pleasure to work with and remembered me when I called almost a year later! I would definitely use them again if I hadn't recently renovated my floors to bamboo. I highly recommend Royas for carpet cleaning.

I was moving out of my old condo and needed my carpets cleaned for the new owner. They were very professional and respectful. They gave me a good timeline and completed it within that.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Kia from Royas Carpet Care. Wow! I am so impressed! My 21 year old carpets look like new and I can't wipe the smile off my face. Kia was very thorough, took his time and did a much superior job to other companies I've used in the past. A previous cleaner had said that my hallway carpet still looked dirty after he cleaned it because it was worn. Well, it is probably even more worn now, but Kia got it clean. In addition to the quality job he did, Kia was also polite, friendly and a joy to have around. And the price was very reasonable for 2 rooms and a long hallway. I will definitely call Royas in the future when I need my carpets cleaned. My search for a good carpet cleaner is over, thanks to Kia at Royas.

I needed to clean several office chairs and my old couches. I booked an appointment on the phone and the technician arrived on time! The price was reasonable and all the stains were removed. Furthermore, the technician was very careful and made sure the furniture's cloth would be intact. I would hire them again.

Really excellent job at cleaning and our light beige carpet (2 BR apt) and an area rug in the dining room. Although we moved some of the furniture out of the way, Kia and his partner (oops, can't recall his name!) moved the couch, etc, and did a super thorough job. I had the deep cleaning service and will certainly do it again. We had some red wine stains that I had done a decent job eliminating myself but Kia got the rest of the 'shadow' out completely. I've had another company clean our rugs but it was nothing compared to these guys... I tell everyone I know about them!

My renter left my high end condo an absolute wreck. Light khaki carpet stained with liquid spills in all rooms before they left.
had used another company and wasn't pleased with results when carpet was actually decent before these renters. Read the reviews of Royas online and scheduled. First, Kia was extremely professional and prompt. Prices very reasonable for a two hour, two man job for a 1100 sq ft of carpet. They could not get one small spot due to the chemical spilled by the renter. Otherwise, they were professional, prompt and easy to work with. I highly recommend Royas company. They saved me from replacing the condo's carpet.
