I was looking to have a home inspection so I did some research and called ClearView. Tom was very professional on the phone and equally professional as he went the our home. He is very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to my wife and I. By the end of the inspection we knew the true condition of the house and the items that required attention. My family and I were looking to buy an older home in a wonderful neighborhood. We knew that getting a profession inspection was a good idea and I'm so happy we call Tom from ClearView to perform the inspection. I purchased a Condo with that was built by a previous owner without doing a home inspection. I was later informed that it was done without the approval of the board, and had to be brought up to code. I called ClearView Home & Property Inspections to do an inspection in the limited time I had to get a good general understanding of condition of my loft, and unit. They are able to fit me in, and come that day. Tom the inspector that came was knowledgeable, informative, and had a approachable. I definitely recommend their services.
