I bought the model home from a builder and took possession this month. Even though the home was built 2 years ago, I needed to have it professionally inspected. I contacted Tom and he went around the home with me, identifying issues as we went along. Tom found issues that are not visible to the untrained eye during my PDI. I'm glad that I requested the thermal scan with the inspection - found some leaks(cold/hot) that can't be seen with the naked eyes. Tom was very knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. Purchasing a new home through a new home builder is never easy no matter how much money you spend. The end result is always great but there are so many components to new construction, I really needed a trained eye to identify and report the various deficiencies for my TARION report.
