I found Tom while searching through the HomeStars site and was extremely pleased with his entire service. He was professional and very personable. While on site he took the time to explain what he was going to look for before starting the inspection and informed us verbally on his findings immediately after the inspection while taking us around the house inside and out. All was documented in his final comprehensive inspection report that was sent to us the same day, when again Tom gave us unlimited time, this time on the phone reviewing the report together and answering all the questions we had.
