1) Professional: he’s systematic, organized and provides diligent follow-up at each service touchpoint
2) Knowledgeable: very savvy, willing to take time to explain options and provide value-add. I had a ton of questions, he entertained all of them.
3) Pleasant: makes clients feel at ease, let’s you know what/why he does things, very transparent in his methodology. Also very easy online access for summary report, very convenient for marking down issues to share with realtor.
I’m already lining-up a couple more clients for him as we speak.
