Stewart Roofing And Insulation

When it was time to replace our old roof, I contacted Stewart Roofing for a quote. I was impressed by Stan. He did not quote just by measurements. Instead, he climbed up and examined the roof and then prepared an estimate. I have a split level and he spotted a potential problem that had existed for years at the join of the roof. Stan had me climb up on the roof so he could show me the problem and explain, in detail, exactly what was needed. The roof could have been replaced without this potential problem being fixed. What impressed me the most was Stan's refusal to replace my roof unless he could do the job 'properly'. He told me that unless he could do the job properly, he didn't want the job at all. Needless to say, Stewart Roofing did an excellent high quality job. I am completely satisfied. I have already recommended Stewart Roofing to friends.

I had the original roof on my home which was built in 1985. Stewart Roofing provided a well-documented and researched estimate for my new roof allowing me to choose from a number of styles and upgrades for my new roof. The staff was extremely professional. All work was done as scheduled and the clean up was exceptional...not a nail or a shingle left behind! I noticed lat year that my roof was in really bad shape and decided that it was time for a new one. On the advice of a good friend, I called Stewart Roofing to get a quote. From the 1st call to the end of the project was nothing but an excellent experience. The job was explained and all the work was done as promised. I am very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Stewart Roofing to anyone looking to get a new roof. I can rest easy knowing that this will be my last roof!

These guys did a great job, very late in the fall (it was cold and snowing!). Good workmanship and very fast. Some damage to my eavestrough, which I didn't notice until spring, was cheerfully and promptly fixed. That's what will make me recommend Stewart to someone else.

When I decided it was time to start searching for a roofing contractor, I had no idea where to begin. I found Stewart Roofing, and several other companies in one of the Ottawa Savers mail-out booklets, as well as a number of other companies via Google. I made calls to several contractors who quite frankly failed to meet my expectations for things as simple as following through with call backs, actually showing up for estimates, etc. Stan called me back within 24hrs and from there did exactly what I was looking for: show up and follow through with what he said he would/could do. To top that off, Stan provided me with a quote that was several hundred dollars lower than the vast majority of competitors and carries a better warrantied product, as well as better warrantied labour. Stewart Roofing even went beyond my expectations to complete an eavestrough project I was looking to have done. When the eavesthrough was complete I noticed a piece missing to protect the lower portion of my roof; I contacted Stan and they were back out within the week to correct the oversight. I don't have a great deal of experience dealing with contractors, but I know service, and Stewart Roofing exceeded all my expectations in courtesy, professionalism and results. Thanks Stan! We had extraordinarily great service from Stewart Roofing. The job started and finished on time, the roofing workmanship looks impeccable, property cleanup was thorough, and their price was competitive. Stewart Roofing also provided their own innovative solutions to a few tricky drainage challenges on our roof. So the job was well done, on time, and at a fair price. What more could you ask for???

We called Stan because he did a roof for my husband's parents, and they recommended him highly. From the first contact with Stan, we understood why; he was friendly, professional, helpful, and explained things clearly. We were able to see large samples to really get an idea of what our roof would look like. Most importantly, when it was done it looked fabulous! Even the roof vents matched the colours of the shingles!
I was initially worried about the mess, but it turned out to be no problem. The crew that came to do the work left our lawn and driveway immaculate each day. Overall it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend Stewart Roofing.

From the estimate call to the end product, this company was exceptional, friendly, curtious, clean...in fact so clean, it was hard to tell if they had even been there. Mr Stewart himself did our estimate and never went a penny over and gave us his own personal guarantee for any issues in future.

We have used Stewart Roffing before for our roof, siding, and windows throughout the years. They've always been respectful, tidy, and prompt, and they do an expert, quality job. Their prices are pretty good - not the lowest, not the highest. When we had trouble with a mystery leak after they did our siding, they came out repeatedly and tried different solutions until they fixed it - no complaints or excuses. I recommend them to any residential customer.
