Mike, Stefan and the entire crew were very professional and did an outstanding job on the replacement of our roof. We would highly recommend Imperial Roofs. Absolutely professional and very clean work performed. Sales rep Mike was very keen on explaining to me the steps involved, also to sharing code requirement for venting and upgraded my system to exceed and allow for proper a functioning system. Install crew foreman Andre was very professional as well showing me the different stages of the install and what extra precautions were taken to give me a good sense of trust and allowing me to feel my monetary investment were in good hands as a long term investment. Upon completion clean-up was amazing, lawn furniture returned , magnetic brooms were used to scour property and proper tarping used to protect from any kind of damage. It is within personal experience with Imperial I highly recommend any and all to give them a call.

Imperial was my forth estimate and was almost double the proposed cost of the others who would not provide proof of Fall Arrest training, insurance and WSIB coverages unless I agree to allowing them to work on my shingles. Imperial was upfront and honest with their estimate. I work in the construction industry and was happy with Imperial's estimate. The workers arrived on time, covered the areas of the property with tarp, had approximately 5 to 6 workers on site who worked efficiently under a capable crew leader. Rain was scheduled for around 4 pm that day, but the crew completed the job well before that. I tipped the last worker to leave my property and asked him to share it with his colleagues. The service after the work was completed was performed by the owner, Stephan who arrived to remove a couple of plastic shingle strips which were exposed. I have recommended Imperial to people who were looking for a reputable roofer and will continue to recommend Imperial for as long as I am around.

The team arrived on time, did a fantastic job on the roof and they made sure they cleaned up afterwards. Each crew member knew their tasks which made them complete their work quickly and effeciently.

I had several damaged and missing shingles from high winds on my 7 year old roof installed by original home builder. I called mid-day on a Wednesday and Jon was completed afternoon the next day. Price was very reasonable. I put off getting quotes from anyone for 2 weeks thinking it would be hard to get someone to fix only a few shingles but was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.

I noticed some missing shingles on my roof and called around to get it repaired.

Stephan was the only one that was willing to give an upfront quote (180 + tax) after he looked at google earth view of the roof to make sure it is not a complex slope.

Rain was coming on the forecast and I needed it done fast to prevent further damage. Stephan was able to arrange for it to be done next day.

The work was done quickly and professionally. Pictures were given and I was really glad I called because the damaged shingles was worse than I anticipated. Thanks to Stephan, the roof got repaired just in time for the rainy spring.

Imperial was awesome! I had called 3 roofers; 2 called back and only Imperial showed up the date and time that they had promised. They provided a free, competitive quote. They provided a tarp for the area of my roof that was the most challenged because it was too early in the season to do the job. As soon as the weather was warm enough, they called to do the job (a month before we expected!) They arrived when they said they would and the job was completed when they said it would be. There was a full crew with safety harnesses and hard hats on. My neighbour came over to tell me how impressed she was with their clean up. The entire area was as clean as it was before they started. Highly recommend Imperial!
