Jose and his team originally engaged to replace my air conditioning unit and coil however as the job progressed and I understood the quality of the work and the care taken in installation the work that I wanted Building Ideas to do quickly grew to include hydronics, radiant floor and a new furnace. These were all planned aspects of my project and having a single company able to complete all of these saved me time and money and reduced the complexity of the planning logistics.
Jose and team took a genuine interest in my renovation and acted as my eyes and ears with respect to other trades on my job. He actively looked out for quality workmanship and advised me when there was a risk of an inferior job being completed elsewhere.
Jose also completed finished electrical which quickly and easily passed OSA inspection.
