I would like to share my experience with Mr. Swirl Plumbing in Coquitlam. First off, I was a little apprehensive with needing service during the pandemic.
Amy manages the office and is a very friendly, helpful and pleasant person with top notch customer service - excellent first person contact for this company! They contact their customers when they are 15 minutes away AND they are accurate with their appointments.
Kevin was my plumber who wore a mask and took off his shoes - outside my door. His friendliness put me at ease and he went about the job at hand, keeping me informed. Simply put, he was awesome to deal with!! He walked me through what the problem was and explained the most cost effective solution. He was very professional and knowledgeable!!
I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this company but I’ve found myself a plumbing company I can count on!
