I just want to say a big thanks to Bill for helping me on Thursday, January 14. My bathtub cold water handle no longer was working properly and thus no cold water was coming out of the bathtub faucet.

I looked for some handymen online and I managed to get Bill on the phone. He generously walked me through the process of identifying the problem and how to fix it over the phone. I was blown away by his desire to help me even when he was booked up for the next 2 weeks with previous orders. I must I have saved at least $150 for not having to hire a plumber for an onsite visit. I ordered the part I needed from Home Depot and replaced the faulty cold water handle with a new one the next day. Thank you Bill for your all your help. You made my day and I will think of you for my next Handyman needs
