I am Rev. Rashid Gill. I had multiple problems in my home at once. I Called Elie and under 2 hours he was able to insatll a new kitchen sink, fix all my leaky toliets also educating me along the way. Keeping me infomred of cost everystep of the way.I wolud use The Plumbing Epert again and recommand them to others. Prices are reasonable and jodis done right.

My brother recommended Elie. His price beat the rest and he was at our door in 15min as promised on a Sunday night! Elie fixed the clog in no time and we were very pleased with the service. We will definitely call Elie for future emergency repairs!

I selected Elie from The Plumbing Expert because I wanted to work with a smaller company allowing me to deal with the owner rather than a random employee. Elie had great reviews and I was not disappointed!

He was hired to replace an existing faucet that was previously plumbed in a difficult manner that required some finesse just to remove it. After a series of contortionist moves, Elie was able to extract the old faucet and began the arduous task of installing the new one. Surprisingly once installed the new faucet leaked. Elie tried every possible remedy which included a trip to the hardware store and ultimately a trip to the supplier to replace the cartridge.

Despite this trouble, the new faucet still leaked. Elie determined that, though unusual, the faucet was defective. Unfortunately after spending 5 hours problem solving, at that point the store was closed so nothing could be done further. Arrangements were made the next business day for a replacement faucet which indeed solved the leaking issue.

My reason for being so impressed with Elie is that he did not want to leave my house without resolving the issue and put in so much of his own time to try. Unlike many contractors, he was more than fair about the compensation and even seemed reluctant to take any money for his time, though the product defect was not his fault. He also followed up the next day because he was so bothered by not being able to perform his job perfectly.

Ultimately in any construction application, there are times when the best laid plans can go awry. It is refreshing to deal with a trade that is professional, tenacious, and genuine in his effort to provide outstanding value-oriented customer satisfaction.

After calling about 10 different numbers with estimates and availability I finally called Elie and was saved. His price was right for by budget and also was able to accommodate me. Right after finishing his job he called me and came right over . He gave me his recommendations and also listened to my needs and what my budget was. He was very informative about his job and I find that being very professional. He did his job very quick and also very tidy. I was very satisfied with his service and will recommend him to anyone.

Elie was recommended by a friend, we are happy with his work for our basement plumbing needs. He ran all the water lines and drains for our bathroom. We look forward to having him return to finish the installation of the plumbing fixtures. Knowledgable and fast and will be working with him In the future.

We received great service at a great price from The Plumbing Expert when we had a problem with our toilet. Elie, was able to immediately attend to the problem and was very efficient in fixing the toilet while completing the job to professional standards.

I had a leaky pipe that I was concerned was going to cause water damage. I was given great service with a prompt response to the problem. The problem was resolved quickly and directly. I am very happy with the service.

Elie showed up on time (to the minute) and prepared to fix a problem that had stumped two previous plumbers. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Excellent service, he was prepared, efficient and friendly!
