Architectural Iron Works made and installed a stair railing on a wide staircase between two floors in our house. It is beautiful and perfectly installed. Asad is a pleasure to work with.

I was impressed by the first meeting of the friendly and professional manner of the owner's estimate. Seeing many pictures of the completed jobs made the chose easy. The pre-install was a good idea for perfect fitting and a chance to make changes. The finally installation was done very well.We are please with the job and the whole process.

We found Asad offered personal service, was very timely, offered a great product, and was very competitively priced. We asked Asad to create our railing to be an amalgamation of 3 different pictures he showed us. He suggested having our railing galvanized before painting, which is something we wouldn't have thought of, and we happily added this. We chose the flat finish. Yesterday, we came home from work and they had been installed. We LOVE them!!! They are exactly what we wanted and the quality is EXCELLENT!!!

We wanted to install a stainless steel/glass railing and a handrail on the patio. We got three quotes. The prices were comparable but we chose Architectural Iron Works because of Assad. Unlike other contractors, he wasn’t in a rush, measured and drew everything carefully, answered all our questions and in the end we felt we knew what we were getting. It was easy to communicate with him, he always came when he promised. The posts were installed within a few weeks but we had to wait 4 more weeks for the glass panes to be installed. We are very happy with the result and will consider Architectural Iron Works for our next project.

Asad did a wonderful job with our railings. We wanted something sleek and modern and he provided us with exactly that. He sent me a number of photos of different styles and that really helped me visualize and choose the right design. We were very happy with the finished result.

The project scope included a brand new steel stringer staircase with a railing that extends across the length of my mezzanine. I got quotes from other contractors but it was clear upon meeting Asad for the first time that he was a true professional who puts great care into his craft. From day one he was detailed and clear in the way he communicated the project plan to me. He suggested modifications to the design to improve the layout and recommended a unique brushed steel finished to compliment the design and integrity of the space.

Him and his partner Maryam were always polite and patient with me and he outlined the scope of the project in full detail. The end product was more beautiful than I could imagine, and constructed 100% to his drawing specifications so there were no surprises.

Asad was able to provide a referral for another contractor to do some other work for me (built in wall unit as shown in photos) and has a good network of design professionals.

The project came in on budget and on time. I highly recommend Architectural Iron Works. I am in love with my new stairs and railing and am happy to have hired Asad. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

I used Architectural Iron Works for my balcony railing and later for a spiral staircase. I have a third project in the development stage.
