Called in and the friendly staff was able to schedule someone the same day. The work was done well and explained what he will do, and even took the time to answer some questions about other plumbing fixes. We tested the drain together and was satisfied with the results. The work was done quickly and well.

Had a repair done for toilet leak in Feb 2018. In May the leak reocured and was fixed again promptly with out any issues or problems. The plumber took extra measures to understand why the leak reocurred and to make some necessary changes to assure the leak was 100% fixed for good. Very happy with the company and the plumber.

I called Marco Plumbing twice, once to do some minor repairs on my main stack in advance of my inspection and the second time was to fix a leaky mixing valve on my hot water tank. They showed up on time and completed the work as intended for both jobs. The second instance for the mixing valve ended up showing signs of a minor leak after the first plumber did the work. I called them back when I noticed it, they scheduled a time for a different plumber to come resolve it and they did at no charge - they really warranty their work and it was really appreciated! (This goes back six months now and it's been great ever since) It goes a long way in my book when a company takes accountability and responsibility for a mistake and resolves it quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend Marco Plumbing to anyone!

We are finishing our basement and needed the plumbing to be roughed-in. Marco Plumbing was prompt to quote; quick with responses; and the work was well communicated and completed in a friendly manner by their plumber Phil. Good quality; hard working and friendly - what more could you expect from a plumber. I would definitely use them again if this experience is any indication of their work!
Phil also was my 2 year old daughter's best friend by the end of the day!

Great customer service starting with Sharon in the office. She arranged for Brad to see us for a consult and scope of drains for a project already in progress. Scheduling was extremely important and both of these employees went out of their way to accommodate us in a timely and courteous manner. Thank you!

Roy replaced under undersink fittings with brass ones and also said the baskets that came with sink were not suitable --- gave him go ahead despite significant cost. Had him back twice after leaks appeared. Continued to have problems which I tried as best I could to fix. Yesterday a major leak and mess. Called in another plumber who said Roy's fittings and connections were not good. I had everything replaced for one third the price paid to Marco. Nest time you need a plumber ask a friend or family member for a suggestion --- don't just go by what you see here on Homestars is my recommendation. So I'm told Roy has been gone for over two years. Bottom line is he worked and represented your company and the work and materials were not right. Additionally I think I was sucked in on not using the baskets which came with the sink (which he took with him) and also the need to use brass fittings. Finally the cost now appears to have been highly exorbitant. The only point I'm trying to make is that when you need a plumber or for that matter any service, a referral from a friend or family member might be better than locating help on Homestars. Very professional, Mat did a great job. He arrived on time and and completed the job quickly. He even took the old toilet out to our garage! I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Marco and his team were ready to start within a couple weeks after the initial consult. Marco and his team were very friendly and easy to talk to.
We wanted the shower accent tiles layouted in a non traditional way, and the job was executed without any hesitations. We purchased a modern rainfall showerhead, which needed the ceiling light to be moved. The placement of the light and rainfall showerhead was altered right away. We decided to add granite to the shower seat and threshold during the reno which added a slight delay. This addition was installed by Martin with ease and certainty. The shower glass doors were exactly what we wanted and finished the shower beautifully.
We are happy with the overall result. Our vision of our maste suite bathroom oasis was obtained.

I went through a kitchen reno and called Marco plumbing on 3 separate occasions as part of the same reno and although they did a decent job, the overall price to do the work was too high as they didn’t take into consideration they were working on the same project. The first time they came to cut and cap existing pipes, the second time they did the installation of the kitchen faucet and under sink plumbing. Each time they came they charged their flat rate which I thought they could have shown some goodwill on since I was a repeat customer and they were coming back on the same project. They should have quoted a project cost for this work. When they came the second time, they charged over $100 for materials, yet used no copper piping, it was all PVC and the shut off valves used have plastic knobs, not even the better metal knobs. There seems to be a bit of gouging on the cost of materials.

The 3rd time they came it was because of some leaking that wasn’t due to their installation, they applied some caulking around the faucet which took all of 10 minutes and it cost almost $200. I understand that they have to be paid for their time, but they again demonstrated no consideration for the fact they already worked on my kitchen.

I’ve used Marco plumbing a few times in the past, but I think the cost of their materials is too high and they show no goodwill for repeat customers.
