Patrick of Studio Linea is a highly experienced and creative design professional. Our project with him involved the staging of a 1,200 sq. ft. loft condo to prepare it for marketing for sale. Patrick's plan was to utilize some existing furnishings and art and supplement with pieces from his collection to maximize the contemporary theme of the space and emphasize our loft's unique design features. The end result was amazing and generated very significant buyer interest and multiple offers at prices well over asking. Mission accomplished!!! Patrick was amazing with the staging he provided for my 2 bedroom condo. The furniture and props he used filled up the vacant space, in the most beautiful way possible. He's staging exceeded my expectations and I truly believe it helped sell my place faster. I expected on average, 30 days to sell, but with Patrick's staging, my condo got 2 offers with a bidding war and sold in less than a week after being listed. Patrick was fantastic to work with! Very accommodating and patient. No pressure, no rush. Our initial meeting was quick, Patrick worked efficiently to take measurements and was able to provide us with a lot of useful advice and the quote was done quickly. The staging was done over a few hours and around my schedule.
The home he staged was a blank slate and when I walked into the house I couldn't believe it was the same house we lived in for years. Patrick is definitely an artist and all around great at what he does. I hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

I had a seniors condo which I wanted to rent. My tenants had moved out and I needed a to find a renter quickly. My real estate agent suggested staging the condo, and recommended Patrick from Oakville Home Stagers. He made some excellent suggestions on maximizing the value of the unit, and moved quickly to get the unit staged. The end result was an elegant presentation which is what we are looking for. Patrick was able to transform the unit and it attracted a number of potential renters. We were able to rent it very quickly for the price we had in mind. Both my real estate agent and myself believe Patrick's staging was the primary reason we were able to rent it as quickly as we did.

I was so impressed with Patrick's initial consultation that I hired him to do the staging.
The living & dining room of my townhouse was not a large area; but Patrick managed to "open it up" & display beautifully the assets of that area being the fireplace & new hardwood floors. I had many viewings & a lot of compliments on the house from the realtors/clients, friends & family. All, including myself, were very impressed.
