We recently hired Trademark Renovations to develop our walk out basement, on the recommendation of a friend. Prior to meeting with Blair Foisy and Marc Gibbons, we had already had meetings with 3 other renovators to discuss our requirements and we were undecided about the approach we wanted to take.
After our initial meeting and discussion regarding their ‘project management’ approach, we felt encouraged that the Trademark approach would work very well for us. It provided us the control over the costs and extent of the project as well as having the expertise of a range of ‘tried and tested’ trades people to complete it.
The project started only after we were totally in agreement about expected costs and Trademark were very helpful and upfront about the costs adjusting them until we felt they were reasonable and within our budget. The project ran smoothly, all issues were dealt with efficiently and changes were made with prior consultation. The basement was completed within our planned 3 month time frame and there were very few and minor snagging items.
We are fully satisfied with the outcome and would hire Trademark Renovations again for other projects. In particular I would recommend Marc Gibbons as a project manager.
