I called this company because of the good reviews. They came and just quickly placed traps outside and inside my home. Never really checked for any entry/exit points. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. This was about 2 months ago. I still have rats, not one has been caught with the traps. I tried calling to followup and am just told there are no guarantees. Never get a call back.

Whenever we perform a rodent service, a huge part of it is identifying any potential entry points on the exterior of the property in order to take a proactive and preventative approach. In addition, if a rat has not been caught in the interior trap, it does not necessarily mean they are still inside the property. Often times the rats travel back outside and consume the bait in the exterior stations and die on the outside. For this reason, you may not always find something in the traps, however your issue can already be resolved.
