Faraz and Luke were both wonderful and accommodating! I would gladly recommend them to anyone who faces the scourge that is bedbugs. Ours was a relatively mild infestation, and we have not had any activity since the initial heat treatment, so I couldn’t be happier.
We had some technical issues on our end, and they were so professional and understanding about how we needed to reschedule.
Faraz in particular is a gem. He was the epitome of professional and personable, and I kinda want to be his friend. Our dog loves him.
